The life-cycle of your product can have a dramatic effect on the way a part is designed and manufactured. Tiger Industrial Inc. has the ability to design, engineer and manufacture your parts based on the long term goals of your company and the product life cycle.
Design / Engineering
Tiger Industrial uses the latest CAD software to design and deveolp products and solutions. All components are fully modeled in 3D CAD (Solidworks) to verify that all components will fit together the way they are planned. Directly from our design software the parts and assemblies can be directly 3D printed or imported into the CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) Software to build the parts.
Sheet Metal Component Design:
If it can be made from sheet metal, we can design it! Working closely with our sheet metal suppliers, we design premium products that take into account tooling and non-reoccurring engineering costs (NRE). We do this by minimizing the use of costly tooling, which saves money and improves delivery times. For simple parts, delivery times can be as short as one week for a design through delivered part. Materials commonly used are Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) and Copper. We also work with exotic materials like Titanium, Inconel, 17-7 PH Stainless and many others.
CNC / Machining Training:
Do you have a CNC Mill or Lathe or are you planning on purchasing one? Let the experts at Tiger Industrial help you get up to speed FAST. We can help with setting up your machine, suggesting tools and tooling, programming, and operation. We have experience with most major manufactures of machines and controls, including FANUC, HAAS, Mitsubishi (Mori Seki), Okuma and FADAL.
SolidWorks / HSM Training:
Do you need one on one or group instruction using SolidWorks? Working on a design and need to be pointed in the right direction? Having problems with:
- Sheet Metal
- Setting up a File Server
